Reginald Brill was born in 1902 and studied at St Martin's and then at the Slade under Henry Tonks. In 1927 he won the Prix de Rome and studied at the British School in Rome between 1927 and 1929. Brill exhibited at the RA and Leicester Galleries. In 1934 he became Principal of Kingston School of Art. This collection of work is from the Kingston School of Art collection.
