The Eric Gill wood engraving ‘Girl in Bath I’ was cut by the artist in 1922. The original block emerged from a private collection during the 1980’s and returned to the private sector during the 1990’s. In the interim, Michael Mitchell at Libanus Press produced a printed edition of 75 from the block. Each impression was printed on a full sheet and the border was numbered and blindstamped. The block (P194) measures 4″ x 4″ plus full sheet border.
