Paul Ayshford Lord Methuen was born in 1886 and studied at Ruskin School of Drawing with Sickert. Mainly exhibited at the Leicester Galleries, Colnaghi. and the RA. Became President of the RWA in 1939 and RA in 1959. Represented in the Tate. Died in 1974.
